Ben Kron is our most recent addition to the team! He joined JP Food Trucks, LLC in September 2025. Ben came to us highly regarded by a former teacher and described him as the guy you “Put a tool in his hand and he is a wizard!” That was all we need to hear! Ben’s educational background includes an associate’s degree in welding technology from Alfred State University. Ben resides just down the street from the shop, so it works well for all parties! Ben’s interests include running the family farm, working on fabrication projects for his brother and other local customers, breeding show animals and participating in many livestock shows in the area. Ben will be the lead welder on every food truck and trailer we build!
