Jamie is our VP of Operations and one of our co-owners, and has earned the moniker of “Mr. Food Truck” within the greater industry! In his time producing food trucks, Jamie has built 250+ trucks and trailers – and is widely recognized throughout the industry for his skills and abilities in terms of lay out and placement of the internal cooking equipment in the most efficient and space effective ways possible.

Jamie possesses several cross functional skills: electrical, plumbing, liquid propane and fabrication allows him to remain steadfast in his desire to deliver the best product that can sustain the everyday wear and tear that food trucks experience for his clients. Jamie believes in using the best materials and products available to ensure longevity of the mobile food solutions that he builds, well into the future.
