We work hard with our clients to give them exactly what they want and the quality level they want.
I had my BBQ Trailer upgrades done by JP Food Trucks in the past few years. The quality of work they offer is second to none. They added a 2-bay propane steam table, a new menu board with LED lights, and a new spot for my generator that slides in and out for convenience. I have known Jamie for a while as he was part of the crew that built my BBQ Trailer from scratch. I highly recommend them to any looking for a food truck.
JP Food Trucks has always been terrific to work with. Their knowledge, professionalism, and courtesy is second to none; especially in such a niche market. It was a pleasure working with them in building out my truck and any subsequent maintenance it needed. Additionally, when it came time to retire the truck, they were incredibly helpful in looking for potential buyers that could benefit from the equipment I no longer needed.

Dave Schutte and Ross Warhol at Schutte Hospitality Group approached us in 2022 looking to expand their existing footprint of Britesmith Brewing located in Williamsville, NY. The build we did for Schutte Hospitality was designed to offer a wide variety of menu options given the restaurants they have in their group. The equipment line up included deep fryers, a large breading station, 2 burner, large griddle and a double deck convection oven. Not to mention ample refrigeration and freezer space, prep space, a heated holding cabinet and a steam table. When you see the Britesmith Brewing Food Truck at the next event you attend, be sure to stop by and see what world-class cooking is about!

When Bridget, Food Service Director approached us in conjunction with Cheryl at the Cornell Co-op, we had just completed a build for another local school district who was using their truck as a mobile concession stand. After discussing the project with representatives from Buffalo Schools and Cornell, it became apparent that the need for building this truck was far different than the unit we had just built for the other district. See, Buffalo Schools saw a need to incorporate fresh fruits and vegetables into the meal plans for their students as many lived in food deserts in the Buffalo area. So, along came the Buffalo Schools Farm to Table Food Truck. With the help of some grant money at State and Federal levels, we were able to design and build the first food truck Buffalo Public Schools had ever owned. The focus and mission of the truck remained offering healthy options for those it served and improving the overall health of the students in the district. To this day, the truck serves several different Buffalo schools and participates in many public events throughout the City of Buffalo. What made this unit unique was the layout! This truck had (2) separate 48″ service windows, which was done by design. In 2020, Covid was a real thing, so social distancing had to be designed into the truck itself. By separating the windows, it provided the ability to separate customers, so they were not congregating around one service window like most food trucks have. This allowed customers to order at one window and pick up at the other or has two separate lines where distancing could be achieved. Other features included a flat top, char grill, 2 burner, steam table, stand up refrigerators and a large, refrigerated prep table. This allowed for many meals and menus to be served at any time. While this truck has been in service for 3 years now, we sure hope this is not the last truck we build for the district. Their mission was so important and continues to be important to this day!

The Woodman family was introduced to us via Roaming Hunger in 2023. Woodman’s affectionately known as the “Inventor of the Deep-Fried Clam” is a multi-generational family-owned restaurant located about one hour North of Boston, MA right on the Atlantic Ocean.
The Woodman’s were looking to expand their brand beyond the reaches of their famous brick and mortar restaurant located in Essex, MA. A food truck was the next logical step for them. After a trip to a few local food truck shows, we began designing and building the food truck they had dreamed of. The final product had tremendous capability and may have been the most complex build we have ever done.
The Woodman’s truck is a testament to the hard work the forefathers of the Woodman’s family had put into making their name as popular as it in in the Northeast! We are proud to be associated with the Woodman’s family!
We look forward to working with you!
