Frontier Schools approached us when their top leaders were faced with a dilemma: build a very expensive concession stand, and bathrooms; or build stand-alone bathrooms and a mobile concession stand (aka Food Truck). When the math was done, it was clear that the smart and most effective way to utilize the funds was to build a food truck!

But they did not stop there! Frontier Schools then began to use the food truck to teach culinary arts classes, reward good class behavior, public outreach and business entrepreneurship!

The progressive thinking of both the former Superintendent and Superintendent of HR at Frontier saved the district hundreds of thousands of dollars that would have otherwise been invested in a static concession stand capable of serving only one field at one school.

Now, the truck can appear at any field and any one of their schools. It has been a win-win for all involved!
